Nawaf Alabduljader is a professor of Management at Kuwait University-College of Business Administration. He is an expert in entrepreneurship, startups, entrepreneurship education, and human resource management.
Nawaf’s work has been published in the Academy of Management Annals (ranked#1 out of 209 journals in the category of “Management”, under the Journal Citation Report), Organizational Research Methods (Ranked #3 in Psychology, under the Journal Citation Report), the Academy of Management Learning & Education (ranked#18 out of 238 journals in the category of “Education and Education Research”, under the Journal Citation Report), the Journal of Knowledge Management, the Journal of Small Business Management, among others. He has also published chapters in several textbooks, and presented in over 15 academic conferences. His work has received the Best Paper award from the Management Education and Development division of the Academy of Management.
Nawaf earned his PhD in Business Management from the George Washington University, his masters degree from IE Business School (Madrid), and his bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Southern California. During his time at GWU, Nawaf taught an undergraduate course on Entrepreneurship and received one of the highest ratings from student evaluations in the GWU Business School.
